Lisa Curry is an accomplished healthcare finance executive with extensive experience in financial operations, revenue cycle management, reimbursement, and long-term care administration. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a proven ability to optimize financial performance, streamline operational processes, and navigate the complexities of healthcare reimbursement while maintaining a strong commitment to resident-centered care.

Her expertise includes Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, accounts receivable and payable, financial reporting, long-term Medicaid eligibility, Managed Long-Term Care (MLTC), regulatory compliance, and revenue cycle management. Lisa has successfully overseen the financial operations of multiple skilled nursing facilities, ensuring fiscal accountability, operational efficiency, and compliance with evolving healthcare regulations. Her strategic approach to financial management and her ability to guide residents and families through complex financial processes have established her as a trusted leader within the long-term care industry.

Prior to her healthcare career, Lisa dedicated years to public service with the New York State Department of Corrections before retiring in 2013. She later co-owned and managed a successful business, further strengthening her expertise in leadership, financial oversight, and organizational management. After earning her Associate’s Degree in Business Management, she transitioned into healthcare in 2021, joining The Grand Healthcare System during the COVID-19 pandemic before advancing into a Finance Manager role.

Expanding upon her financial leadership, Lisa later served as Director of Human Resources, where she gained valuable experience overseeing payroll administration, employee onboarding, benefits administration, workers’ compensation, Disability Benefits Law (DBL), Paid Family Leave (PFL), employee relations, and compliance with collective bargaining agreements. This experience further enhanced her understanding of organizational leadership and healthcare operations.
