Management engineer, graduated with highest honors from the University of Calabria, he holds a second-level Master’s degree organized by SIMEST S.p.A., in collaboration with SDA Bocconi School of Management and Sapienza University of Rome, with a focus on internationalization processes and economic development.
He currently serves as Secretary General of the Parliamentary Intergroups “Digital Inclusion,” “Health Emergency and Recovery,” and “Project Italy,” where he is responsible for institutional coordination and supports policy orientation on strategic issues for the national system.
He has developed extensive experience within public administrations and governmental environments, working on public sector innovation, digital transformation, and organizational development, with particular focus on public policy and investment programs.
He has been appointed Advisor to the Italian Parliamentary Delegation to the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), contributing to international cooperation activities and multilateral dialogue processes.
He is listed in the Register of Experts in Technological Innovation established by the Italian Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy.
Throughout his career, he has developed strong expertise in public decision-making processes and in fostering collaboration between institutions, territories, and public and private stakeholders.
